Do you have trouble with the pad coming off when the mop is inserted into the bucket? Please refer to the instructions below on how to attach the pad. The three tab slots must be matched together, and ensure the pad is firmly stuck on the mop-head to avoid this problem.

And if the lid comes off when the bucket is lifted, it seems that there are two handles, but the larger one is the real lift-handle. The thinner one labeled 'LOCK' is actually a lock that secures the lid in the bucket. Use the lift-handle to move the bucket so the lid won't come off.

If any accessories, including the mop handle, cleaning cloth, or mop-head, are missing or broken, just message us. We focus on providing long-term service for all of our products!

If "dirty" water flows into the "clean" water, don't worry. The bucket is designed with separate chambers for washing and drying. The 2-bucket system refers to a wash chamber and a dry chamber. The dry part is only for squeezing out extra water after washing the wet mop.

If the mop head is difficult to insert into the bucket, make sure to fill the wash chamber with water and wet the mop first. It might be a bit difficult at first, but it will get easier with use.
